On the basis of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZASP), the Kapis Group, d.o.o., company (hereinafter: “Kapis” or “the Company”) holds copyright to the content, in the widest sense of the word (text, photographs, illustrations, maps and plans, audio-video recordings and software), published on the Kapis Group website.

This means that this content may not be copied, transcribed, reproduced or circulated for commercial purposes without written consent from the Kapis Group company. The Act (ZASP, Articles 48, 49, 51) allows the use and/or reproduction of an author’s work on the basis of the right of the general public to be informed, for educational purposes and for illustration, confrontation and direction in the form of quotations, but the source and the author of the work must be cited. The Act (ZASP, Article 50) also allows a limited amount of the use and reproduction of an author’s work for private, non-commercial use.
